So, i wanna know if you guys can help ole' Flamey find some new parts that would make his new computer even better-

For starters, here's my current specs

Graphics Card: Nvidia Gforce 7300 LE
Processor: Intel Dual Core 1.9 GHZ Processor
Memory: 2GB RAM
Motherboard Chipset: Intel Lakeport-G i945G (otherwise, rest appear as unknown)

What i'm looking for, mainly, is a graphics card and processor worthy of 2gb ram, because apparantley, what's in it, is quite old.
