I didn't know a seven-year old boy can get that fat.

But there's something I don't get: If the boy was raised in a low income family... how come he got so much to eat? Yes, but how much did he consume? Body fat is body fat. If he were to eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, then it would get to his heart before he was able to gain weight.

It all depends on where and how you absorb fat.

He probably gains it on top of the muscle (which affects the heart last) rather than under the muscle.
