I wouldn't even count Manhunt as a survival horror really.

Wasn't really horrifying in any way, nor did it leave that the implication that was the intention, but it certainly was a survival game with so many amazing features.

But I played it at night with headphones and all the lights off and when I heard people I jumped. It was startling. It's not really that scary at all, but this is probably one of my favorite games of all time.
