Help with THIS site !

Hi, I'm new and need some help.

Where can I find the section to respond to the games on the main page ?
I tried responding there, but it said I needed to register, so I tried, and it wouldn't register there. So I figured I must have to register with the forums. So I did.
Then I went back to the main page and it still wouldn't show any reply button.
And I can't find where to reply in the Forums. Is it something that used to be possible but now isn't ? ... I'm confused.

Yikes ... it just started storming hard .. I need to get off my computer.

Did you activate your account?

The main site and the forum are two completely different pages, meaning if you register in one, you have to register again in the other.

Did you by any chance miss the big bold text "Add Comment" on the bottom right corner of the submission pages?
