Hey, um, It's one on 64digits. Go to 64digits.com and search for "TroidEngine" in the examples section.

PhayzonYoshi does not suck, you try making and engine like his. Also, it seems that you joined just to rant about how you want a Metroid Engine, Go register at Metroid fan mission if you are in desperate need of one without doing one yourself.

Well, it's the one of the best engines around. I hope you actually plan to add more to the engine you find rather than create a game without doing that. That's probably the reason you say it PY's sucks because it doesn't have enemies or bosses included. It's great!
Anyways, like the others said, go to Metroid Fan Mission. Or try google.
