I must say I was quite happy when I got an email confirmed i managed to get into the End War beta test on Xbox Live. And I was even happier earlier today when I first got a chance to play the game. It really is a very fun game with great voice controls and good strategy etc.

Anyway question being, did anyone else get in? I chose to be Spetznaz.

Nah, it's an RTS of sorts. Basically the gameplay is your usual top down view, you choose various squads to send into battle (such as engineers, tanks, artillery, gunships, etc) and in most cases your trying to capture command uplinks before the other player/take them from the other player. (One neat unit is if you choose to be American I'm fairly sure your infantry squads are GHOST teams)

The whole game itself is kind of like Chromehounds, in that theres various strategic attack points which you chose to deploy in, if you win your team (whether it be American, Euope or Spetznaz) gets percentage built up in that specific area (both teams starting at 50% it's kind of a tug of war) and at the end of each 24 hour turn, whoever has a higher percentage takes the spot and the new turn opens attacks in new places.

I'm enjoying it quite a bit thus far I must say. And one added bonus is I have yet to meet any annoying jersk on there which is rare for Xbox Live

I like how the whole thing can be played through voice commands. I saw it on the TV, and it look pretty good.

Unit 1, attack unit 4!
Unit 2, move point B!
