Okay, so I got some models from SMS, but they're not working right. I draw the models in XNA 2.0 by replacing the spaceship model with a model of Petey Piranha. I have all the textures, it's just that the model's faces stand out and are not smooth.

EDIT: I tried multisampling, it didn't help.
