I tried to play Coast HL2: Lost again today and it lagged, yesterday it ran okay.

When I try to play I get a little message that says my processor has 1.8GHz and I should have a 2.2GHz processor. I ran it again after it was lagging and the thing said I only had 1.6GHz...
