You can hear 'em, but never see.

I'm not sure if those are native to Canada so I wouldn't know.

Any kind of insect can be invisible.

Even beetles, they're just too fast for the eye!

yeah, the collector's book is also optional in this game, I frigging missed it the first playthrough ... you have to talk to one of the shops early on :\
It really pisses me off how there's so many sidequests that require you to run off to some random town that you wouldn't ever go to otherwise in that point of the game, especially since you're on some Important Mission like stopping a war from breaking out and have a very small window to do them in ... then you get the weapons and stuff required for secondary hi ougi/mystic artes RIGHT before the final boss so you can't use them before then, I want to see Lost Fon Drive and Brilliant Overlord in action :c and apparently they're ultra strong, I'm going to need that in Unknown difficulty
(PS, 8000+ Grade in Grade Shop ... lolz, 900 more to buy out -everything- for third playthrough)

I don't really know much about psx or ps2 games since I didn't have a system to play them on- I thought Destiny 2 wasn't released here, or maybe I'm confusing it with the remake for ps2 that came later for one of them.

If you see Abyss I'd really go and pick it up, the ... whatever they named this branch of the battle system's pretty sweet with Free Run ... sweet and cheap, and aside from Luke being totally hot after he cuts his hair I like the characters in this game even more than Symphonia; they're also more versatile this time around with even the people playing healer and magician roles having physical techs and decent attacks. I also love the moral issues present in this game and the story, though ironically the main bad guy is kind of ... dry, even though he's such a big deal. But that's okay since I'm pretty sure he's a pedophile and really creepy, anyway.

I think in Japan it was called "Tales of Eternia", though I might be confusing it with something else. It's definitely Tales of Destiny 2 here, though. My friend and I play it all the time.

btw. tales of destiny 2 never left japan, except for i think china. tales of eternia was released in NA as tales of destiny 2 though.

Ah damn, sorry then, geez I don't remember what she was like in the Symphonia colisseum fight, I want to play that again.
... And also hope I can find a copy of Not Destiny 2 when I'm back in California :S I haven't played a 2d Tales game aside from Phantasia, and that, being the first kind of got on my nerves with the clunky and "where the hell am I supposed to go" ... particularly the gba port, which is awful in every aspect. (The SNES ... encounter rates ... no ... more ...)

edit: Eternia's opening theme is by Garnet Crow? I love Mysterious Eyes from them :(
