Translation for four languages for all the trophies, stickers, characters, and other text that goes on in the game, also changing some textures with text on them maybe.
Voice actors for four languages for the Announcer, the PKMNs and whoever has more text to say.
And while all this happens, I've heard they're improving the online mode for the PAL version. (so you can connect faster and stuff, which will probably only play a role when playing with other PAL versions.)
