Yes you can! I have the game and I can give you a demo if you give me your Wii number (we have to be Wii friends for the demo) Look at my signiture for my Wii #.

IMO for Dr. Mario: If you like Dr. Mario and/or puzzle games, I totally recomend this game due to addictiveness. You'll wanna play for hours. But I haven't won a Wi-Fi match though lol.

Plus I think I'm the 1st to try this idea because I gave Blue Griffin 23 Dig Dug today.

It's that people with Dr. Mario RX can play multiplayer against friends who don't have the full game. The demo is the multiplayer mode, which is a damn good deal
