Need help identifying music from a fangame

Okay, to those who are music experts I need your help -- I posted this in Admiral Delmore's Super Hammer Bros. game topic, but this is a different case.

My question is in regards to the music heard during gameplay itself -- does anyone know what game the music is from, by any chance? When I heard it, I though the song would be a great candidate to use for one of the two fangame projects I'm working on now (specifically for the title screen and/or one of the gameplay levels).
