This engine is strange, the red square trembles when it is on the blue terrain tilted.
This tremor needs to be fixed?

You'd better use different method for slopes, than forcing the player to go up.

Yea, good base to start from. A few things:

Work on the collisions a bit. Actually I can tell that you used jump to position, that makes it just look bad. And it hurts my eyes too X_X

Mario´s sprite doesn´t change into the jumping sprite when walking off a block etc

When kicking a shell, Mario gets hit

When jumping on multiple enemies Mario gets hurt too and the enemy doesn´t get defeated

when Mario hits a Koopa Shell from the side Mario gets hurt by it

I´d suggest setting a variable to 1 on collision and an alarm to 5 or so

when the alarm reaches 0 the variable is set to 0

In the collision event where Mario gets hurt the hurt code only gets executed when the variable is 0

should work

I have played this engine updated, I have found a glitch when a Koopa touched a pipe and this Koopa got stuck.

already mentioned that tho

k, for the engine, imo that´s FAR from complete

Anyways....
-When Mario has Star Power he still bounces off enemies
-A bit glitchy vertical moving platforms
-Poison Mushroom does nothing :P
-Goomba and Monty Moles get stuck in eachother sometimes
Otherwise than that, pretty good base.
