I have found more glitches, a Goomba and a Monty Mole were stuck when the Goomba touches the Monty Mole, Mario can lose health when he steps on two enemies at the same time.

When you jump on the shell while it's not moving, you're supposed to kick it not bounce off.

Mario stepped on Lakitu and Lakitu can not come back when it is defeated.
Why Mario lost health when he was using the star while he got a question mushroom?

That item is a Mystery mushroom

It works at random, It can be a normal mushroom or can be a poisonus mushroom!

I have played the fourth version of this engine, I beat this level, but Mario sometimes can lose health when he steps on a Parakoopa.

I have played the version 5 and Mario beat the two levels, but the glitch about the Parakoopa still is in this engine.

I will upload the sixth version when I finish the third level of the engine
