Collette = Walt Disney Animation Studios.
Collette has strived hard to get where she is today, and initially sees Linguini as a threat to her career. Eventually, though, they manage to peacefully co-exist.

Anton Ego = Cynical critics.
Having witnessed the fall of Gusteau/Disney themselves, they believe the company is beyond redemption, though are pleasantly surprised to be proven wrong.
