Basically, you can create your own missions with whatever reward or specific tasks you want. Completely customizable right down to the smallest of details.

As I've said on Pokecommunity, bad idea.
I'd prefer in-game rewards as supposed to cheap generated easy missions to get the best items. I've played enough of the game to know that while the missions are randomly generated, there are rewards you just don't get unless it's a certain type or difficulty of mission, and some things that you never get through missions.

Example: the stat boosting items (Calcium, Iron, Protein, Zinc) are only given as rewards to the hardest set of missions, like the 8* and 9*. So being able to snag one at Beach Cave on an E rank mission is pretty much a devious shortcut.

Though I do like the experimentation, using it to quickly get the rarest and best items is a no way.

I should try to make the hardest possible mission I can. Something like this:
Spoilers:
Escort a Caterpie through Zero Isle South(or West, since only one can go to South) to B98F. For added evil, add a restriction forcing a weak Pokemon to enter.
