Okay, congrats to Omega and the others who made it to the top 5 in the previous comp.
For this comp, the theme is...
enemies in Wario Land 4! But not just any enemy. I myself haven't actually finished the game, so let's keep it to the enemies in the first world,
Emerald Passage.
For restrictions this time, how about:
~Though these enemies don't have many actions themselves, I want to see more movement than just blinking.
~You can do more than one enemy, just make sure you don't put quantity over quality.
~Shouldn't really need more than 20 colors for each enemy.
~Though I can't see too many colors being an issue, might as well put the limit at 32 just in case.
~No real size limit, just keep them usable.
~Edit:
No Cractus, since he's a boss and not an enemy.
Hardly any names are known for these enemies, which is why I just use ID numbers. You'll have to make your own names. There's a big selection for you to choose from:

EMP-01
Small basic enemy, with no animations besides walking. Incapable of harming Wario. When the ground is pounded, it changes colors to red (or vice-versa). The red version gives out a red coin, but that's about it. Found mainly in Palm Tree Paradise, but a few appear in Mystic Lake. Natural red ones are rare.

EMP-02
Basic spiked enemy, and probably the most common in the game. They walk around holding their spear and change colors when the ground is pounded. Yellow is the basic color, with no special qualities. Yellows turn to blue, which twirl their spear every time they stop. Blues turn to red, which also twirl their spears. However, when they see Wario, they charge furiously. Reds turn back to yellows. All three colors are almost equally common, with yellow being slightly more so. They appear in all four levels.

EMP-03
A little yellow guy with an oversized, pink, spiked shell, which sways back and forth as they walk. Pounding the ground causes them to flip over, though they quickly right themselves. They apparently have hands which they keep hidden, until they need to adjust their shell. They are first encountered in a cave in Palm Tree Paradise, but make a return in Monsoon Jungle. The black variation is immune to being flipped over, and appears only in a small room at the end of Monsson Jungle.

EMP-04
This little gorilla struts around with red fur and cool sunglasses. It tosses apples at people, which Wario uses to instantly become fat. He can be found throughout Emerald Passage.

EMP-05
A strange bee enemy with a beak and spear-like stinger. It floats around and dive-bombs anyone it comes near. If it finds a flower, it will start doing stuff to it. Found only in Wildflower Fields.

EMP-06
A weird wiggly worm that crawls around harmlessly. When it is picked up, it curls into a ball. Found only in Wildflower Fields.

EMP-07
A strange mammal wearing a mask with a drill. It just walks back and forth, but can also tunnel through the ground, sending rocks and debris flying upwards. Found only in caverns under Wildflower Fields.

EMP-08
A vicious fish with a spiked forehead. It will charge at anyone it sees. It can be defeated by hitting its belly. Found in the water caves of Wildflower Fields and Mystic Lake.

EMP-09
A little guy with a big blade on his mask. It winds up and charges like a bull when it sees Wario. Found in Wildflower Fields and Monsoon Jungle.

EMP-10
An evil clam with a big craving for flesh. It lunges upwards out of the rocks when Wario draws near. It is only found in the underwater caves of Mystic Lake.

EMP-11
A monstrous fish that hides in holes in the wall. It charges out and chomps down when anything enters its limited range of vision. It seems impossible to hurt. Only found in Mystic Lake.

EMP-12
This small mask-bearing enemy wanders around with a hammer, pouncing on people in its way. A smack from their hammer turns Wario into a spring. They're found in Mystic Lake as well as Monsoon Jungle.

EMP-13
A big octopus with four spiked clubs that it continually swings in a slow circle. Found only in Mystic Lake. Cannot be hurt.

EMP-14
A crocodile with scuba gear. It jumps out of the water to chomp at Wario when he passes overhead. It will also charge at those who fall in the water. Hitting its soft underbelly sends it floundering away. Found only in Monsoon Jungle.

EMP-15
This strange masked archer wanders around and fires poison-tipped arrows at strangers with its bow. Whatever the poison is, it makes Wario puff up like a balloon and float away.
Since next weekend is probably special for many of us, I'll let this one last until
July 13th. That's right, two weeks. Of course, for that, I want to see
at least two different enemies. Good luck!
