Anyone care about Pokemon TCG?

Read title.

I cared about it until recently. It just doesn't hit me anymore. I just stopped playing it and so on.

Discuss.

I remember how fun it was to steal other kid's rare cards and trade with 'em the same car weeks later, haha, dumbasses.

I stopped when I arrived at an amount of 1000 cards.
But I still have my deck ready!

I stopped after the Fossil expansion. Yeah.

Though after that, I got heavily into DBZ cards, so...

I stopped playing years ago, but I still have all my cards. A ****load of them are really rare cards too.

I don't really collect them anymore. I have a ton of the old ones.

I've had an underlying urge for a tcg lately...
But not pokemon.

I used to... til someone stole half my rare cards, including a holographic Celebi.

i was more of a collector actually.
i would get a bunch and trade for holographics i didnt have.

this may be a little off topic but did anyone go to those toyrus conventions were if you traded you would get stamps and having stamps would get you a boulder badge and such?

My siblings have gone nuts for the cards.

Seems there aren't any people on MFGG so far that are still playing the game, I stopped a bit before the Johto cards came out here, I'm curious to how the game plays now with all these weird addition cards like berries and whatever, Pokebody, attacks that need no energy cards ... it's all crazy, cheap stuff to me.

I use my Pokemon cards for toilet paper! =D

I still have my decks, but no one wants to play with me. And the tournaments these days only let you use new cards exclusively (last time I checked, the cut-off was at Base Set 2, and that was years ago). However, I'm not too fond of the new expansions with the weird Pokemon types and modified rules (Psychic Flygon and Electric Metang LOL WUT??).

I still love the game though. My Surfing Pikachu deck totally owns.

In that case not a single card of mine would be legal.

I don't really play the game, but I like to collect Pokemon cards and store them in my Pokemon cards binder.

I had a lot, including a red Gyrados, but my brother thought it was his and traded it for some Digimon card or something.


I still have my 3 star Shiny Riachu though.
