um, I should have trhe happr heart badge seen as I havn't been banned for more than 3 months.

I think it's because you have to have 250 posts to become a casual member.

Well, I think that's the amount of posts required for CCC access.

You don't have to have 250 posts for a happy heart badge, you just have to post often and no bans for 2 months. The 250 posts are for getting CCC acess and Casual Memeber status.

As for your question, PM the badge mod or just wait. I waited and I didn't get it until a month ago.
