Or is it even possible to get a Free Website? I need to know for my Game's "Public Updates" and Download Links. I do want to use HTML in it, and I don't want a Forum, as my Game already has a Forum.

You know nothing of web design, do you?

*sigh*

w3chools.org, learn HTML, use notepad. freehostia.com is a good host for free...
It's not like there's some magical website maker that you can do everything for you. I've told numerous people that kind of thing many times.

... um ... any web host can use HTML. It's impossible to host a web page that does not support HTML.

In fact, the web host has nothing to do with HTML anyway -- only SSL's and SQL databases are handled server-side (not counting the literal server software.) HTML, Javascript, and CSS are all transferred raw-data to your browser, which is responsible for parsing it.

Also, Freewebs is a terrible web host and you should never use it.

Freewebs is like MySpace. People use it to look like they're cool and "I HASM WEB PAEG", when they really aren't.

You can also host your own web-site if you don't want to use any of the ones that exist, but to do that you need to leave your computer on all the time, and you also need to sign up for a dynamic DNS service. Search on Google for "Dynamic DNS", you will find some. You also need Apache HTTP server (or some other HTTP server software) running on your computer. After that, you can install whatever else you want on your web-site, such as PHP, SQL, etc.

And if your ISP has told you that they will let you do this. Many ISP's will not allow you to host a public server.

Running your own web server is also a very strenuous proposition, since you will need a dedicated system. If you don't intend to get a computer used only as a web server, don't even bother.

EDIT: you can also register yourself a Dynamic DNS with ... DynDNS, which is like http://www.dyndns.org or something
