Yoshi Gone MFGG was not the earliest game on MFGG (though apparently it was the first game posted to MFGG 2.0). I think Mario Quest was the first Bowser Tech game, which would probably also be considered the first MFGG game.

But anyway, (DJ) Yoshiman made Yoshi Gone MFGG, and he left the forums. So you'd have to contact him some other way to ask his permission to remake the game (if it's even possible, considering the materials used to make it).
