What about these character stats?

I'm using these as (temporary) starting values:

Gladis: Attack 3, Defence 5, Speed 4
Jenene: Attack 5, Defence 3, Speed 4
Tadd: Attack 4, Defence 3, Speed 5
Fridgy: Attack 4, Defence 4, Speed 4

All have 10 health points.

Jenene is the strongest. Tadd is the weakest.

But you actually showed it well. I was planning on Jenene to have best attack and for Tadd to have best speed.

It may be going to be a RPG, but I haven't really started writing the engine.

So the question is open. (Note: my skills are not that far I could use any 3D library fluently.)

It would be fun to make it a 3D game, but I don't know anyone that can model in a 3D cartoony way. Though, there is someone in DeviantArt who can model, but I'm not sure if she'll help us.

Why not try making it a Platformish RPG.

Platformish.....how to describe this...... Basically, the world is a left and right deal, however, you can move up and down along the path.

Uhm....Combine a Platform-like view, with a bird's eye movement. If you get what I mean. I'll make a stupid MS Paint picture to show you if I have to.

That isn't a Platformish RPG.
It would be something like Adventure of Link.

Battles are like the towns, too, IIRC. It's only topdown for in-between battles and cities.
