I'm currently ripping rayman advance and I wanted to rip the maps so I can put them up on vgmaps.com. Is there any emulator so you can find a full map of a level you can rip? If so please link a page to where that emulator is from.

You don't just rip a complete map like that.
You take many, many screenshots and assemble them in Paint.
