Just a question, has anyone ever felt tired, REALLY tired, and then all of a sudden just felt really alert and awake with no reason or purpose?

Oh yeah, definitely, definitely.

Ain't it just strange, it happens all the time for me, in fact i end up having to turn to Warm milk when that happens.

NOTE: i never drink warm milk before bed, that tells you something.

Christmas.

And when something big happens... usually something that's awful.

It's painfully hot in Ontario, making sleep impossible. :V

Both My house and Alex's House has Central air.

So we don't have to worry too much about that Evil.. EVIL heat.

I used to have trouble sleeping, as I remember.

Nowadays I don't; I just stay up late because I want to do stuff and I put off going to bed.

during the summer no.

I stay up to maybe 4-5am, and then i'd be so sleepy, i'd just fall asleep within 2-3 minutes.

but during school, I try to cut back, and go to bed at around 11pm-12am, but thats just way to damn earlier, and i end up stay awake in bed for like 30 mins

On a related note, I wonder if anyone here besides me has dozed off a bit while playing video games at a late hour?

Happens to me once in a while. Not surprisingly I usually end up getting hit or dying or something.

depends on what game. if its an rpg-type, and you have to grind alot, then I probably would. but if its exciting and requires concentration and such, nah i don't think.

Happened once, but once I realized it I awoke with such a shock that my head actually hurt.

I don't drink warm milk to get to sleep. I drink energy drinks. My metabolism is so fast that I burn through all the sugar and crash within half an hour.

2 weeks and going. I seem to only fall asleep around 5 am, and I wake up around 3 or 4 pm.

Now I'm just, staying up. Going a day so far, shooting for another.

Happened to me a few times, and BOY is it frustrating. But it's usually when I'm excited about something.

Once I stayed up all night playing Pokemon Sapphire, training a Jirachi and Deoxys my friend got me. I wasn't tired for the rest of the day.

I've never been able to sleep many times. Hell, I don't know why I bother to go to bed at midnight anymore, I always stay up past then.
