Just wait until they create a Replay Converter. (I'm not sure but Replay files are labeled ".bin" right?)

Not sure, but is this what you're looking for?
http://gt.kakkoister.com/files/out2jpg_bin_win.zip

Don't know if it works, but it's meant to convert replay data into a video file.
Put the replay in the same place as the program.

I thought replay files are just string commands that are sent to the internal engine to replicate the fight

This was confirmed by Nintendo somewhere. I forget where though.
Edit: This means that any Brawl Video Decoder would be not only Huge, but illegal as well. That is, unless it was made by Nintendo.

...WHY would it be illegal?

Because they'd need all of the Resources(Models, Stages, etc)Ripped from the Game to get it to work. Only Nintendo could do it legally.

I'd suggest recording it off of your television and then putting it onto your computer from your recording device..
