Maybe we could see a litte more of his back pack? From t he stance he's at a little should be visible. rest is pretty rad so far. Not to crazy bout the eyes don't seem tottaly nessish but hey who am I to say their not nessish.

You made it way too short and the angle from which he's holding the bat looks extremely awkward. That aside, he's looking great so far.
