No I deleted it. But than I downloaded Skype, then it happened again. Some parts I cannot delet of Skype because it said that part is running, but I don't see it.

I just found out a site recently that this is a serious problem and it says I need to buy regcure to get rid of these problems.

Go to the task manager and look for suspicious EXEs. If it's named something like "notavirus" or "asjdahflsahgha", then it's a virus. Terminate, then search for it on your hard drive, then delete it. Turn off the computer, then turn it back on. Press F8 when it says "Press F8 for Safe Mode" on the screen. Then, turn it on in safe mode. Then look around your system and system32 folders for more suspicious EXEs. If it's all good, then you can boot up normally.
