Looks like it has stitches, which woudn't really make sense if it was gelationus.

Because he is basicly, human organs wrapped up in human skin(Sometimes substitued with leather) and stiched up with the help of voodoo to bring it to life. Thats why his mouth has a slightly hard time opening. Next I will try movement. Lol. I accidently said "Bebause."
