write the varibles to a text file then when the game starts read the text file

there are also several DLLs to run scripts from inside password protected .zip and .rar files

there really is no way to generate a variable without value? Or is there some way to generate the variable Before I load the game, so that the vaiable is known, but the value doesnt change?

Yes, but I have to generate the variable for people playng there first time and because the game is loaded at the same time as the variable is.

Well that's ****ing easy!

You load the file and then check if the variable exists. If it doesn't, you initialize it. If it does, you don't do anything.
