Pop Up, It won't stop and its annoying me

It seems to Pop up occasionally but most notably when I open a Tab.

Question is, how do I ****ing get rid of it? It's ****ing annoying.

I Did that at first but its like it only worked once and it popped up again,

I do remember though that i updated java this morning.

Right Now My Computer is NOT in Protect Mode.

I doubt IE has anything to do with it knowing it says "Java"
and reasons why I think not to get FF
-I don't want to waste more memory
-I don't know how efficent it is
-I have seen things that aren't compatible with FF that is with IE.

well yeah i mean i dont know about firefox thats why i said it was jsut my notions.

but idk i doubt downloading all of that will stop a java pop up
