Attention Atheists.

Well I see religious people as wanting to believe in things that have no evidence. And to be honest the scraps that Christians come up with are nothing compared to the scraps you can pull for other religions.

The norse creation myth is really, really easy to modernise into an accurate scientific metaphor.

But, in a sense, every religion has the extreme similarities. I always notice how it's, "bash Christianity for it sounding like stuff from Greek mythology," then, "bash Christianity for it sounding like something from Egyptian folklore," but nobody ever wants to make the connection that Greek mythology and Egyptian folklore have some similarities.

For people arguing about god being imperfect and crap.

Christians don't have to question their god, they are not able to explain it for they do not know god in a personal sense.

Yes, that is true. And I do acknowledge that many religions are similar; however, it may be descended from one "core" religion millions of years ago based on similarities from around the world (See Erich von Daniken, which does make your religions plausible.)

And before anyone says anything, Daniken's hypotheses are not the same as Scientology, which is a joke.

Stop trying to convince people that religion are fairy tales, and stop trying to convince people religion is real.

I'm a Christian, and while it bugs me that people are saying my beliefs are fake, I'm actually taking this time to listen to what they're saying and "taking notes," per se.
