My mom knows nothing about computers

Okay so we got a new modem thingy set up and blah blah blah and it was workin fine for her and everything but mine wasn't working. When she got on my computer and opened up the start menu she's like "where's internet explorer?" because I replaced it with Firefox and stuff. She *****ed at me a little about replacing stuff like that and then continued on.

She went and spent like 10 minutes with some person over the phone trying to fix it, at some point tried blaming Hamachi because it was there, but when I finally convinced her that it was not the problem she went on for a little while longer. Eventually she gave up and then I was all "Hey I remember now!" And then removed the static IP I had failed to set up earlier. I fixed it and she was obviously very mad.

Long story short she forced me to uninstall Hamachi anyways because "blah blah people can view my computer blah blah" or something. Sorry Shanks.

Install it again and tell her it's not the problem for eternity. Or just stick to Kaillera or something.

Wow so she was like "What!? You replaced IE with Firefox? Why would you replace that ****ty internet browser with a good one? It doesn't make sense."

but next time something happens and she feels to need to uselessly poke around she will see it in the "connections" thing and will ***** to no end. Seriously.

Tradition.

Connections, whee. She can ***** all she wants, I will have my netplay.

While she might not know anything about computers, when it comes to a record player she may be a expert.
