Even more closely related to the Wii is the channel's Wii Business Card service. Users select one of six templates featuring Nintendo characters, add either a real life photograph or a Mii, and finalize their cards with the requisite details, like address, phone number, or even Wii friend code. Printing costs run 500 yen for a set of 30 cards.

As with the other Wii Channels, Nintendo has global plans for the new channel. Wii owners in North America and European markets can look forward to similar print services in the near future.

I probably won't use this channel, but it seems interesting. What's your opinion on this?

Don't see how that's so much of a problem. At least they don't add three hundred dollars to the console price in order to play faulty media that is only marginally better than the older technology.
