Lookin' good, Ashura. One itty bitty thing that bothered me was the hatching on her neck to create "shadow." It's the only hatching on the entire picture, and it looks a tad out of place, in my opinion. It draw attention to itself, and I'd almost reccomend getting rid of it altogether. Also, the way the collar wraps around her neck is off on (our) left side, the fabric is noticeably lower than the right side. Y'might wanna even that out. The hair is superb on this piece, however, good job!
Oh, I know I'm probably going to get jumped by a thousand SUPER KAWAII ANIME CHIBI EXPERTS DESU~ for saying this, but the proportions are off. Even for a chibi, which despite what everyone seems to think, also have proportions too. Here's a less than spectacular redline, which I'm sure has a number of flaws on it's own (but I hope it helps anyways):

While chibis do have portions, they do sometimes vary a little. I tried to maintain the proportions you chose while still making the character more aesthetically sensible.
Also, figuring that she's sitting down and slumped a little bit (it's difficult to sit up perfectly straight)m there should be more folds in her dress around her hips and waist. As nice as the overall piece looks, two lines ain't gonna cut it, bro.
These things aside, this is yet another pleasing Ashley picture! Keep 'em coming!
