For example, if I try to go to the ENIGMA Homepage: http://www.enigma-dev.org/ it returns IE cannot display webpage. Why is this and how can I fix it? And also, that Website is a Real Website, Google has it on Front page if you search ENIGMA GML.

Your website filters are turned off? No idea why, but it could cause that.

No websites are in the Restricted Zone, if that's what you mean.

Just use a proxy to get on the blocked sites as a temporary fix. -------------------- **** are p. cool
