For example, if I try to go to the ENIGMA Homepage: http://www.enigma-dev.org/ it returns IE cannot display webpage. Why is this and how can I fix it? And also, that Website is a Real Website, Google has it on Front page if you search ENIGMA GML.

No websites are in the Restricted Zone, if that's what you mean.

Same thing happened to me, which is why I have to use a proxy to get onto MFGG at home. Just use a proxy to get on the blocked sites as a temporary fix.
