Looks a bit misshapen at points, but the shading is neat. It's not highly visible though; I suggest you add a tad of contrast. And the shading on the eyebrows is inconsistent because they are under his hat and therefore should not receive light from above.

Also HINT: Don't use the curve tool. It's godawful.

I see what you mean. I did the eyebrows and it's shading before I started on the hat, so I didn't plan on it being that way.

And the only tools I used was the Pencil and the Fill Bucket.

Well still work on the curves, some places look really angular (like the right of the hat)!
