Except instead of a heavy splice, this is fully custom (Except for pallete. But the skeleton proves it). Also, my character DOES have freakishly long legs. (I also fudged up on the P2 colors).

the long legs do make it look more like a fighting character

it looks like a WIP though, you need to shade the shirt and arms more

Other than the fact that you could run two red wagons under his giant leg gap... that's really good %D

my only criticism would be to bring his legs a smidge closer together

also I think that you got a new style there, it looks similar to capcom but, with a new flair. those long legs are part of the style in my opinion.

EDIT: I looked in there and I see that you managed to get a lot of detail on the pants with only 3 colors ... and you also have three colors on the shirt! Can't you do some magic with the shirt too using those colors?

Wow. When I saw that I immediately thought Bison's animation from SFII. Guess it's the arm placement.

Well, people don't like it when I call him Vega... critics. The Vega Warp is usually called the Vega Warp anyway...

I hate how other "Kid/Young" fighters are way too tall and have ungodly muscles. I tried to make sure my character didn't look like he took absolute gallons of steroids or lots of growth hormones.
