Not at all, not with the ones listed off. People say this pretty often, but I realized that they are there to serve a balance purpose as well. You're not going to lose a game because of a lucky banana peel or something. I usually was against items, but I know now that they're not that big of a deal, although people who are glued to no items are gonna take some time to get used to them.

I guess I would be, I've never seen that happen before Ryo. If the items are on low, they're not going to get in the way that much.

I still think they're boring to have on in 1 on 1 and favor quicker characters too much

if this was a doubles tourney I'd be all for it

Well most of these are just things you can throw or use at close range, so you can work against whatever they get pretty easily, nothing here will influence the game that much. These DO spawn in random places as well, so you'll get lucky sometimes as it is and have something to arm yourself with. I like the idea of them since they can be used pretty creatively, and the ones we have now, for the most part, you can pretty easily just dodge them if thrown or catch them to use them back at the other person. Itemless matches can be kinda one sided if you're fighting a character that counters the one you are using, which is why items kind of maintain some balance there.

I'd rather go through by actually beating him, so I have a rough idea as how good people are on this here website..
