How can I remove the Copyright off of a song WMA so I can import it to WMM?

hmm wait i know an alternative:
Does anyone know a program that can record all of the sounds being played on the computer?

... Stereo Out. It's "out" because it's your sound output. :|

Also, recording Stereo Out always, always kills the quality. It's terrible fjdsfkdf
