Also, it really fits the blocky style of Nuts & Bolts.

I would love to do a template, but I didn't design it on the computer. It's all hand drawn pieces, as is my typical style, so I have no template to share. Due to blocky nature of the character, I'm sure someone will create a project somewhere down the line, though, since you can find a papercraft model of just about anything these days. (Except the Super Mario 64 Mario model. I'm still looking for that one...)
