Whenever I turn off the computer, the Blue screen of death pops off right before the computer shuts down and instead of shutting down, I have to pull the plug and battery out. This is the message on the Blue Screen of Death.
CODE
STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Windows Logon Process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000034 (0x00000000 0x0000000)
The system has been shutdown.

Is there any way to fix this problem without reinstalling Windows NT XP?

System Restore doesn't work because in order to perform System restore, I need to restart the computer, and restarting the computer involves shutting down the computer, but I have to pull the plug, so it can't shut down properly and so System restore won't work.

It's an error with Winlogon.exe

Press F8 during startup before the Windows logo comes up and choose "Last Configuration That Worked"

The error occurs when the computer almost shuts down, so the computer takes every configuration as a configuration that worked.

No it doesn't. From what I know, Windows XP knows when the shutdown goes wrong. So it would probably work.

Also, you probably should do system restore, and here's how:

Run system restore normally.
When it freezes (if it freezes), hit the power switch on your power strip on and off within a second, which(if done correctly) will restart your computer, and it thinks nothing happens.
