It actually went for somewhere roughly around $23,000.

And I know of this guy. Heck, I'm a member at his sites forum. My sig here can be proof of that.

Benheck.com is also my home page.

I even have Benjamin Heckendorn as a AIM buddy. (Don't ask for his AIM handle because I won't give it out. Mkay)

And I hope get to go to the Midwest Gaming Classic next year. So I can hang out with some of the benheck forum members and Benjamin Heckendorn him self.

And Not only is he a good console modder. He is also a great Indie Film Maker. He's currently working on a sequel to a 1998 film he made called Possum Man. The Sequel is is nearly 3/4th finshed on Filming. The Sequel will be called Possum Man 2: Possums Woman.

Hm, I hate this guy's sense of humor but I admit it is pretty amazing on how he can make portables.

I would totally buy one.

you do realize how hard this would be to play, right:

1. how are you supposed to see what you're doing when you're moving the screen with your hand

2. your "camera pointer" would be working with distances so small it'd be too sensitive; either it'd be so close to the screen it'd block it, or so far away as to be useless

3. the wii alone is nearly 3 pounds iirc. add the extra things like screen(s), batteries, controller parts, extra things, etc could bring it up to 4 or 5... so now you'd be swinging around a 5-pound console with one hand, even worse, you're only holding it on one side so your wrist would basically be ground into dust within a short time

4. not only will you disintegrate your wrist, moving a disc-based console like this would disintegrate the disc as well

5. an extra screen adds more weight/cost; might as well make the "main" one rotatable 90º

6. you'd lose the ability to make quick or fine movements, due to the thing's mass. also, if you think it's easy for wii remotes to fly out of your hand...

7. insert more problems i overlooked

a laptop is about as all-in-one as a wii portable could get

Haven't gotten around to it yet.

I have a few chats here and there with Ben. But I think I have one chat log in particular of a chat I had with him somewhere on this PC. It was chat I had with him, back when he first he was working on the PS3 laptop. That was like 4 months before it was finished. And I was asking him a few questions about what he was go to do with the projects.

Let me see if I can dig up the log so you guy can see it.

Edit: Ok Found it. And man the Chat took place Dates back to around September 2007. Here I was thinking I had the chat the chat in question this year. Anyways, Heres the chat. (Also I have changed his aim handle to Benheck for obvious reasons.):

QUOTE (Chat with Benheck)

Benheck (2:30:32 PM): probably not
nightwheelgater (2:33:42 PM): Um do you have a Wii?
nightwheelgater (2:37:30 PM): Well i see that you are busy. Have a Nice and keep on making your awsome projects. And also you a cool man. Well talk to you latter
nightwheelgater (2:39:54 PM): All the above compliments are the truth. nightwheel
