Not really.

I know I know some parts of anatomy are uneven. I'll fix them later. I also made a new design for Jinpen (I decided to give him a huge background story. I don't roleplay anymore, but I still like creating characters.)

Leave comments yeah? (None of that oneword/vague bull****)

... I didn't know you were Moses Kim until now

I have to say Toki's legs are pretty weird looking ... and also admit that I thought the girl was like a dude with samurai hair at first but aside from that, pretty sweet as always

Jinpen reminds me of Triplets of Belleville hehehe

Uh yeah, I've been meaning to ask about that, Ashura.

What if the sketch itself IS the completed artwork? I'm not really trying to step on toes or anything here, but I think you've been unnecessarily strict about moving sketches here when the truth is that some people's artwork doesn't go beyond the sketch stage and is often times the final piece on its own.

In other words, I think the artist should decide for him or herself if the piece is just a slapdash doodle or art in itself.

I agree wholeheartedly, pencil is a valid medium to work with and can be finished works.

I just don't see the point of having sketches in the arts board, even if the sketches are the completed artwork.

If sketches could count as completed artwork, then the sketch forum really would have no point in existing. Colored stuff goes in the arts board, while lineart/sketches go in this forum.

sorry but that's how it works :V

Hmm, I dunno. I guess in the end, it really is your decision since you do run the two, but I agree with Nick Ainsworth and Salad. It should prolly be up to the artist whether their sketch is a finished piece or not, and if it is, they should have a right to post it in the area that they feel is appropriate. If they decide that their sketch is just a sketch that they don't think much of, then they'd post it in the sketch/wip forum. On the other hand, if it's a sketch, but also a finished piece (deemed as such by the artist) they would post it in the main art board.

but it's your call.

Anyway, on-topic, i really like those sketches. Nice work.
