Me and Razz were testing out the menus but he could not connect to my server. I unblocked the firewall and my other computer can connect, but he can't. Any ideas?

Can 127.0.0.1 connect to other computers on a network? Because that it the default IP variable.

The same thing happened my dads computer.
Nobody could connect to servers I hosted for anything.
It was pretty annoying.

I am about 98% sure I fixed the problem.
