Ok, voting time is over, guys.
Dex and I were counting the results independantly, and in case somebody does disagree, you can go and count them yourself to be sure. But I think even if one vote more or less was wrongly counted by us, it wouldn't have to big an impact.
Anyways, here are the results that I got:
1) a) Y=8, OK=2, N=2 b) Y=4, OK=4, N=2 > same number of Nays, but more Yays on a.
2) a) Y=7, OK=1, N=2 b) Y=3, OK=1, N=6 > the nays and yays speak for themselves, I think.
3) > According to the votes, the bombs have lost and the waterrunning has won, however the last posts looked like people were agreeing on bombs over the others if executed right. So we will leave this open for now, that can be discussed later.
4) a) Y=7, OK=4, N=0 b) Y=4, OK=6, N=1 > More yesses for a here. So yea.
Also take into consideration that Dex and I haven't given our votes yet and that we both agree with the turnout which adds two extra yesses for all the options that won.
So yea, from what we know now: + We'll have a worldmap. + We won't be able to change characters during gameplay. + We will have a classic SM64 style health and not an RPGish system. - Waluigi is still undecided, while the current discussion seems to take us towards bombs in any case, while xn's suggestion to use no special moves on Waluigi to make things more interesting also sounds good. We'll come to that later in the course of development though, so just make your minds and be ready to discuss it when the time has come, ok?
