Metal Gear Solid Twin Snakes questions-

Ok. Unlocking Bandanna and equipping gives unlimited ammo. I just found that out. What does the Stealth camo do?
I saw some unlockable called "Sneaking Suit Maryl". What does this mean? She is in the game in a Sneaking Suit or what? And it said beat the game twice, and I did that, although on two different difficulties.

And I am going though on my third time now, only doing Maryl's ending.
I am going to go through three more times on the same settings as before for Otacon's.
Just in case saying that mattered to the answers of my questions.
