It would only be against the rules if they were to do that, however if they made something new there shouldn't be a problem with them entering.

Damn, lotta character themed comps lately eh?

I'm thinking either a kind of rts where you play Luigi's Mansion from the Boo's point of view or some kind of stealth game.
