Computer crapping out badly need help.

It was a virus..."STUPID ME" anyways if i go to my documents my explorer locks up then after 30 seconds my whole computer freezes!!! I did a scan with avg today but nothing picked up... are there any good free programs that can help me out? my friend told me one but I forget the name I got Avg,Norton, and spybot search and destroy already. I could use some help out there, thanks so much. -------------------- --------------------
