To correct Glacko, regardless of whether you can or not, why haven't you? You obviously need the money, since you're willing to have your spare time raped by this job of yours (and complain about it to boot!), and according to your last post, you clearly can get a scholarship, so what's stopping you from getting one?

yeah that's a good idea i should just assume i'm going to win the scholarship against every other competing student and have no backup plan

Scholarships don't come to you, you have to apply for them. You need to know how to get them and fulfill the necessary prerequisites. They don't just fall on your lap because you're smart.

application does not mean i automatically get it. i'd rather have back up money than to be so stupid to think i'm honestly going to make it through university on scholarships i have no guarantee of getting at all
