Site Staff Results

Don't worry man, on mfgg everyone knows the higher you post the higher chances you have. You can have like 10% right answers but still be sitestaff because you post very often.

I dunno, the scoring part seems really silly to me, since this is all about opinion really, there's no real right or wrong. The reasoning for it is all that really matters.

No it doesn't. You accept/decline a submission based on quality and usefulness. Empty space is totally irrelevant to the submission and shouldn't be taken into account.

So basicaly to sum up all the arguements here , its all about opinion. What YOU think is excessive empty space,quality, stolen,etc.

Yes but you see if there is 80MB worth of empty space then there may or may not be a problem there.

as I repeatedly keep saying, opinions were taken into account which is why the top bunch weren't neccessarily picked

first stage of the test is whether or not people are noticing the bad submissions. THEN we narrow it down from there. The fact that people were accepting all the sounds and declining Beer Penguins only on the grounds that it has Alcohol shows we need that stage. People could argue red is blue for years but it doesn't mean it's right.

If the applicants can't DO quality control checks then there's no point in hiring them. If they end up disagreeing with every other staffer for everything we'll just get delays. We need the queue to be shifted! Decisions aren't an issue at the main site at the moment - it's the queue that often gets piled up through lack of activity.

It's not about post counts and submission counts or anything stupid like that. Yes we'd like to know the people we're working with so that we can actually trust them. Yes it's good to have prior experience like Pucifur has. Yes it's good for people to have hung around long enough so that they actually know what goes on.

I mean half of you refuse to visit the site at all! And none of you except the current staff have access to the MFGG Application Gmail account! Stop assuming!

I'm going by what you posted Black Squirrel! If that wasn't really factored in, no need to take up a large fraction of the post with it!

Wait so even if some people did better than the two chosen, the ones who did better got the answers right for the wrong reasons?

Apparently the answers and how they matched up to the staff doesn't matter, it was just their reasoning, but if that's the case, I am confused as to why it was even posted then.
